Me a kid of 25, I immediately walked out of the est training in June of 1975, after listening to Tony ? our leader, feeling completely free of ANY thought, which gave me the option to newly consider everything about the world, MY WORLD. It was extraordinary and I have never felt so completely void of a thought as I did on that day and many days after. Of course it was very easy to allow thoughts to then fill the void … it was a very rigorous training and I have in the last few years come to find Werner’s writings and I am excited to have done The Landmark Forum in 2000.

The Forum in my experience has assisted me in new and profound ways to really get to know me and also to recognize that the significance of me and my life is minimal, …and yet also everything. I remain a follower of whatever education I can incorporate into my life. I remain a follower of the teachings of Werner and the Landmark Forum.
